This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our contact and lead forms and our website.

## 2. What data we collect

When you submit our form (for example, a lead form on Facebook/Instagram), we collect:

- Full name;
- Email and work email;
- Phone (for follow-up, including via WhatsApp);
- Company name;
- Your answers to the form's questions: what equipment you need to monitor, how many sensors you need, when you plan to purchase, and whether you already use LoRaWAN.

We may also automatically collect technical browsing data on our website (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited), including through the Meta Pixel, to measure advertising performance.

## 3. How we use your data

We use your data only to:

- Contact you about the products and services you showed interest in (such as LoRaWAN sensors and industrial safety equipment);
- Send quotations, technical information, and related commercial material;
- Assess your needs — for example, equipment type, sensor quantity, and purchase timing — so we can give you a relevant response;
- Improve our advertising and our website.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

## 4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form, and, where applicable, to take steps before entering into a commercial relationship.

## 5. Who we share your data with

Your data may be shared only with:

- The Meta platform (Facebook/Instagram), which operates the lead form and temporarily stores the submitted data;
- Internal sales and support tools used by our team;
- Service providers who support our follow-up, always under confidentiality obligations.

We do not share your data for third-party marketing.

## 6. International transfer

Your data may be transferred outside Botswana, to our company's systems and those of our service providers, with appropriate safeguards.

## 7. How long we keep your data

We keep lead data for 24 months from the date you submit the form, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that period, the data is deleted or anonymised.

## 8. Your rights

At any time, you may ask us to:

- Confirm whether we process your data and give you access to it;
- Correct incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
- Delete data that is no longer necessary;
- Withdraw your consent.
